oko obligations withdraw

Takes an obligation off the open ones because it does not apply, keeping why and who.

Invocation#

Command
oko obligations withdraw <id> --reason TEXT --by WHO [--json|--plain]

Inputs and options#

  • The id, the reason and who withdraws it.

Output and state effect#

  • Marks it withdrawn and prints it; it is never asked about again.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • `oko obligations withdraw requires --reason <text>` and `--by` (exit 2); `obligation <id> is already done` or `withdrawn`.
