oko defects intake

Takes every moment the operator lost patience (the frustration register, filled by every model policy pass) into a class defect, so no supervisor reads his message and writes the defect by hand. No word of his message decides the class: a session judges it.

Invocation#

Command
oko defects intake [--json]; oko defects intake place MOMENT --class DEFECT [--json]; oko defects intake place MOMENT --open --product PRODUCT --surface SURFACE [--json]

Inputs and options#

  • With no verb, lists every moment no class holds yet, oldest first, each with what the registers hold around it: the session it was said in, the turn and time, his words, that session's recorded role (`oko sessions role`) and the open defects it owned. The supervisor routine's intake step (`oko sessions supervision report`) carries the same list on every supervision pass.
  • place MOMENT --class DEFECT joins the class defect a session judged the moment belongs to; place MOMENT --open --product PRODUCT --surface SURFACE opens a class defect of that product and surface for it.

Output and state effect#

  • Joined: the moment is noted on the class (`the operator said, session <id> turn <n> at <time>: "<his words>"`), and when the class carries a repair he said it again after, kept on it as a recurrence: the repair's claim is judged broken, which charges its author, and the class reopens. Opened: a class defect titled `The operator: "<the first line of his words>"` quotes him in full with where he said it, asks for the mechanism that stops its shape and a class probe, and is owned by the recorded executor that owns most open defects of its product. Either way the moment names the class, as `oko frustration list` shows.
  • The list prints `<n> moment(s) await a session's judgment` and one line per moment; a placing prints `<moment> joined class <defect>` or `<moment> opened class <defect>`; --json prints the documents.
  • For example, after the operator says again that the supervisor rediscovers a cause he explained, `oko defects intake` lists the moment with the supervisor session that heard it, and `oko defects intake place <moment> --class <the class of rediscovered causes>` notes it there; if that class was already repaired, it reopens.
  • The rediscovery guard: once a class holds his explanation (a ruling of his or a moment of his frustration names it), `oko defects record` refuses a defect on the same product and surface with `the operator already explained this product and surface in an open class: <class>: "<title>", explained by <his reports>. Add the new evidence to it with `oko defects note <id> --text <observation>`; if this is a different fault, record it with --distinct-from <id> --distinct-because <how it differs>`. The product and surface of the records decide it, never their words.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • “moment <id> is already placed in <class>”; “defect <id> is no class; a moment is placed in a class defect”; “moment <id> quotes no words”; the frustration register's own refusal for a moment it does not hold; the defect register's refusal of the class record.
  • “oko defects intake takes nothing, or place <moment> --class <defect> | --open --product <product> --surface <surface>; got <words>”, a missing --class, --product or --surface, and a flag the verb does not take (exit 2).
