Command reference
oko person trait edit
Binds a trait to the turn he said it in: the turn he restated it in, with his restated words when they changed, or the right turn when it was bound to the wrong one.
Invocation#
oko person trait edit ID --session ID --ordinal N [--said TEXT] [--json]Inputs and options#
- --session and --ordinal are required; --said replaces the words.
- The person register is ~/Library/Application Support/Oko/person.json; OKO_PERSON_REGISTER moves it. It quotes the operator verbatim and is published nowhere.
Output and state effect#
- Writes the trait with `editedAt` and prints it.
Refusals and safe exits#
- The usage refusals of `trait add`, and `oko person trait edit requires <id>` (exit 2).
- `no trait with id <id> is registered`; `the trait <id> already holds these words; remove one of the two instead`, so one statement is never kept twice.
