Oko/Docs

Command reference

oko peers mirror

Mirrors every transcript one peer advertises into DIR: the signed GET /index, then a signed GET /file for each transcript whose size or modification time differs from the cached copy. A Codex transcript is kept under codex/<relPath> only when its path is relative, has no `..` and ends in .jsonl; a Claude transcript under <slug>/<id>.jsonl. Each written file takes the peer's modification time.

Invocation#

Command
oko peers mirror --host HOST --port PORT --into DIR

Inputs and options#

  • --host, --port and --into are required; the bearer and signing secret come from the Skarbiec item the LAN protocol declares.

Output and state effect#

  • Writes the changed transcripts and prints `{written: [paths]}`.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • `oko peers mirror requires --host <text>`, `--port`, `--into` (exit 2); `<item>#<field> is shorter than <n> printable characters, so no peer would accept it`; `the peer at <origin> did not answer its index`; `the peer at <origin> answered an index that is not a JSON list`.
