Refreshes the suggestions cost snapshot without scanning or posting to Slack.

Inputs and options#

  • No options are consumed.

Output and state effect#

  • Collects current subscription/token-cost inputs and writes the suggestions cost snapshot.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • Source or snapshot failures are reported by the cost-snapshot path; no Slack output is attempted.
