oko asks deliver
Before trying a channel again, compares the retained question with standing operator decisions as `oko asks ask` does; a settled request is not redelivered. Otherwise delivers a waiting ask on every channel that has not taken it, either by id or for every undelivered ask. Oko's service also retries when a channel returns and during task control.
Invocation#
oko asks deliver [<id>] [--socket PATH]Inputs and options#
- The ask id, or none for every undelivered ask; --socket as in `oko asks ask`.
Output and state effect#
- Prints `{ask, standing, deliveries}` for one ask, or the list of asks delivered for all; each channel tried is one more delivery row with the channel's own words, and the `czekam` lines name each wait as `oko asks ask` does.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `ask <id> reached nobody: …` as `oko asks ask` refuses it (exit 1), the ask still undelivered; without an id, every ask still undelivered is refused on one line each after the delivered ones are printed.
- A retained ask that now contradicts a standing decision is refused before delivery with the verified operator quote and cause; it remains visible as waiting, not silently withdrawn. An unavailable decision reader or Brama likewise names its failed operation and tries no channel. Without an id, the result lists each such refusal beside the ask.
- `ask <id> expired at <time>, so it cannot be delivered again; …`; `ask <id> is already answered|withdrawn, so it cannot be delivered again`; `<email> has no ask <id>; `oko asks list` names every ask put to them`.
