Command reference

oko peers status

Finds the Oko peers this LAN advertises over Bonjour (`_oko-sync._tcp`), the transcript mirrors already cached from them, and whether this machine holds the LAN credentials.

oko peers status

Inputs and options#

  • None.

Output and state effect#

  • Prints the peers found, the mirrors and the credential state as JSON; nothing is written.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • A browse that never answers is refused with the `dns-sd` command that was run and what it printed, never answered as an empty network; `/usr/bin/dns-sd <arguments> cannot start: <error>`.
