oko work backlog
Answers the open items nobody owns, by product, and who could take them: each recorded executor (of one supervisor with --supervisor, else every one) with how many open items it owns, and one proposed assignment per executor, the least loaded given the next item of the product with the most unowned items.
Invocation#
oko work backlog [--supervisor ID] [--json]Inputs and options#
- The same queue as `oko work queue`; the executors and their supervisors from ~/.oko/session-roles.json.
Output and state effect#
- Prints {unowned, products: [{product, unowned, next}], executors: [{session, owns}], proposals: [{executor, owns, product, item, title, why, assign, queue}]}; `assign` is the `oko defects assign <item> --owner <executor>` that makes the proposal, `queue` the `oko work queue --product <product> --executor <executor>` that lists the rest. Oko Desktop → Blockers → Unowned backlog shows the same reading.
- Tama's supervisor gate prints this answer when a supervisor repeats its answer or reads an executor again without instructing it.
Refusals and safe exits#
- As `oko work queue`; an unreadable roles file refuses with its path.
