oko tasks claim
Transfers the task's leading session, including an orphan whose previous executor stopped.
Invocation#
oko tasks claim (<session> <number> | <task-id>) --by <session>Inputs and options#
- <session> and <number> name the task as oko tasks prints it, or <task-id> names it by identity alone; --by names the executor taking it. Claim, state, check and evidence target that exact task in CLI and Desktop. A withdrawn or reclassified message is never redirected to a later task merely because its text extends the earlier message.
Output and state effect#
- The database serializes the transfer under the task's identity. It returns the current claimedBy, previousClaimedBy and claimHistory [{from,to,at}] beside the task ledger; claiming again as the same holder does not invent a transfer. A claim this task left at earlier coordinates is removed. `oko tasks show` and the CLI/Desktop work review queue show the current and previous holders. Tama’s block-stop-with-claimed-work hook refuses to end a turn of the leading session while the task has no evidence.
Refusals and safe exits#
- Refuses without a task and --by and prints the usage; a number the session’s ledger does not hold refuses by session and number; an identity the index does not hold refuses as oko tasks show does; a defect’s identity refuses with “task <id> is a defect, not an instruction; claims, evidence and defects are recorded on the task it repairs”; a session with neither an indexed path nor a live transcript refuses with its id. A missing claim migration or database write refuses with the failed operation and cause, not a successful local claim.
