oko reflection scan

Reads operator and supervisor messages with ensuing agent work from Transcript Lake into Oko's durable model-judgment queue. No model call is needed for intake.

Invocation#

Command
oko reflection scan [--session ID] [--json]

Inputs and options#

  • --session restricts intake to one Lake session; without it, every catalogued session is scanned.

Output and state effect#

  • Returns session, newly queued and pending counts. Intake matches each SQL event to Lake's genuine operator projection by source time and complete masked body, so system and harness user-role events do not become operator requests or sever the genuine turn's ensuing answer. That answer is retained for the model's contextual judgment. Each event is compared with its dated local role interval, including a role closed by `oko sessions role clear`; a role assigned only later does not retroactively make it a supervisor message.
  • A full scan reports each session's source count, compares the user-event inventory before and after reading, and then updates the indexed queue under one lock. An unchanged source and response retain their verdict; changed work or supervisor provenance is queued again. Intake retains original `sourceAt`; rescanning an older entry adds that coordinate without rejudging unchanged evidence or changing its defect. Desktop → Defects → Evidence reflection displays the time or the missing-coordinate cause.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • An unknown session has no Lake events and refuses by name. A missing or ambiguous genuine occurrence, changed whole-Lake inventory, unreadable event time, Lake query failure or unreadable ~/.oko/session-role-history.json names the failed source and cause; no partial full-scan update, guessed supervisor or model verdict is written.
