Command reference

oko tasks links

Reads the explicit current message-to-work attachments for one genuine operator message without writing anything.

Invocation#

Command
oko tasks links <session> <message-number> [--json]

Inputs and options#

  • The source session and message number; the reader checks its source identity before selecting the shared register.

Output and state effect#

  • Prints `{session, ordinal, messageId, links: [{target_id, reason, recorded_by, recorded_at}]}` using Lake before a shorter local copy; an empty links array is not evidence of a task carrying the message. Oko Desktop → Rulings → Operator messages and their records shows the same targets under each message.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • A message absent from its original source refuses with its session and number. A failed register read names the table, session and message identity; `oko rulings unlinked` also refuses a stale target that is no longer a current task or registered defect.
