Command reference
oko asks pleas
Reads every answer a session ended a turn on and the person's reply to it, newest first, with the ways the turn asked for something — so requests written in chat are read as well as those sent through `oko asks ask`, whatever form they took. No form of request is assumed: what the person accepts changes, and a reader that knows only an old form misses the current one.
Invocation#
oko asks pleas --session <id>Inputs and options#
- --session <id>: the session whose live transcript on this machine is read (OMP, Claude, Codex, Jeden and Kimi Code transcript roots under the home directory).
Output and state effect#
- Prints `{session, transcript, exchanges}`. Each exchange: answered_at and answer (the last text before one of the person's messages), reply {at, said} (said is the last paragraph of that message, since a harness puts the hook output it injects before what the person typed), clipboard (the commands the turn piped to pbcopy) and grants ({asked, answered}: each grant the turn asked the person to confirm in their window, with what the window answered). Reads the transcript only.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `oko asks pleas requires --session <text>` (exit 2); `session <id> has no live transcript on this machine; looked in <roots>`; `cannot read <path>: <error>`; `<path> holds an entry that is not JSON: <error>`.
