oko tasks handover

One handover pass: every session owing the operator work is handed its list.

oko tasks handover [--session ID ...] [--hours N]

Inputs and options#

  • --session, repeatable, or --hours.

Output and state effect#

  • Writes the handover records.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • As `oko tasks control`. An explicitly named session with no located transcript refuses with its session identity and searched locations before ledger settlement; it is not silently omitted. The real health_stream disappearance journey covers this handover refusal alongside CLI/native health and restores its isolated transcript before assertions.
