oko reflection list

Inspects transcript or infrastructure evidence, model assessment, defect link and pending cause without changing state.

Inputs and options#

  • --session filters one session; --pending keeps unresolved judgments.

Output and state effect#

  • Reads only, including the exact `sourceAt` Lake event time when intake retained it. An older assessed entry lacking that coordinate remains visible; `oko reflection scan --session ID` adds it without rejudging unchanged evidence. Oko Desktop's Defects screen presents the same queue and operations, including the assessed cause, proposed repair and completion criterion beside the original evidence; the executor card counts ignored supervisor directives separately from pending readings.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • An unreadable register names its path and cause rather than appearing empty.
