- Team scope/bundle and local install options are optional.
Output and state effect
- Fetches the bundle, installs or previews it, and prints a combined JSON receipt.
Refusals and safe exits
- Refuses unknown flags, unavailable operating-store configuration, unsupported bundle contents, and fetch/install failures.
