Command reference
oko index list
This person's catalogued sessions, newest first, or with --query ranked by the database's full-text search with a context snippet. Every filter named narrows the one list, so a directory since a time, or a search in one directory, is one call.
Invocation#
oko index list [--cwd DIR ...] [--since-hours N] [--query TEXT] [--limit N] [--newest-per-cwd] [--ids]Inputs and options#
- --cwd, repeatable: only sessions that ran in those directories; --since-hours: only sessions last active within the last N hours; --query: only sessions the search matches, best first; --limit: at most N rows (every row when absent).
- --newest-per-cwd answers, for each --cwd, the newest operator session that ran there; --ids prints only the session ids.
Output and state effect#
- Reads only; prints the entries as JSON, or the ids, or the directory-to-session map.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `oko index list --limit takes a positive whole number; got <text>` and the same for --since-hours; `oko index list --newest-per-cwd needs at least one --cwd`; `oko index list --query "<text>" holds no word to search for`; `oko index list --since-hours <n> reaches outside the supported dates`; an unknown flag or a positional word is refused naming it; `oko index list: --db <path> no longer applies; the catalogue is the shared Oko database, written from Transcript Lake by oko index sync` for the retired --db flag; the shared database refusals of `oko database check`.
