Command reference
oko ledger sync
Carries this machine's task ledger from a local transcript index into the shared Oko database, every row as the signed-in member's. A table read from transcripts is upserted; a table Oko's commands write is only seeded, so an older index never replaces a row recorded since; a table whose rows live writes retire is carried under the live write's lock.
Invocation#
oko ledger sync --db PATH [--once]Inputs and options#
- --db, the local index file; --once carries it only when this machine has not carried that index before, which the shared database remembers.
Output and state effect#
- Writes the shared tables and prints what was carried and which tables or columns the older index never created, named rather than guessed at.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `oko ledger sync requires --db <text>`, `oko ledger takes sync or show; got <verb>` (exit 2); `<table> cannot be described: <error>`; `<table> cannot be read: <error>`; the shared database refusals of `oko database check`.
