Command reference
oko rulings audit
Reads every standing ruling with the mechanism that enforces it, or `unenforced` where none is bound; with --record, each unenforced ruling becomes a defect of the named product whose repair plan names the enforce verb, so the missing mechanism is open work in the defect register until a session builds and binds it.
Invocation#
oko rulings audit [--subject ID ...] [--record --product PRODUCT --found-in <repository>@<revision>] [--json]Inputs and options#
- --subject, repeatable, narrows to named subjects; --record asks for the defects, --product names the product that is to carry each mechanism, --found-in names the revision the audit was read at.
Output and state effect#
- Prints one line per subject: the subject, the ruling's short id, `enforced by <kind> <name> of <product>@<revision>` or `unenforced` (with `; defect <id> recorded` once --record wrote one), and the first line of the operator's words. With --json every row carries `subject`, `ruling`, `mechanism` when bound and `defect` when recorded.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `oko rulings audit does not take <flags>; it takes --subject, --json, --record, --product, --found-in`, `oko rulings audit requires --product <text>` and `--found-in <text>` with --record, `oko rulings audit reads --product and --found-in only with --record` (exit 2); a defect already open for the same product and title is refused as `open defect <id> already records this product and title; add new evidence with oko defects note <id> --text <observation> instead`.
