Command reference
oko defects linked
Lists every open defect with no recorded repair that a commit on origin/main names, with those commits, so a repair a session pushed and named in its message but never recorded is found instead of being repaired again.
Invocation#
oko defects linked [--product NAME] [--json]Inputs and options#
- --product limits the read to one product's defects; --json prints {linked: [{id, product, title, commits: [{revision, subject}]}], unreadable: [...]}.
Output and state effect#
- Reads every Git checkout directly under the workspace and runs `git log origin/main --format=%H%x09%s` in each. A defect is linked when a commit subject holds its short id, the eight hexadecimal digits Oko prints. Prints `<id> <product> <title>`, then ` <repository>@<commit> <subject>` for each naming commit, then `<n> unrepaired defect(s) named by a pushed commit; …`.
- Records nothing: a commit that names a defect may repair only part of it. Read the commit, then record it with `oko defects repaired <id> --revision <revision it printed> --detail <what it repairs>`.
Refusals and safe exits#
- Any flag other than --product and --json is refused by name (exit 2). A workspace that cannot be listed stops with its path and cause.
- A checkout whose origin/main cannot be read (no such ref, git failure) is listed under `not read: <repository>: <git operation, exit status and stderr>` and the read continues with the others.
