Diagnoses the goal pipeline: compares the goal snapshot with today's catalogued transcripts.

Inputs and options#

  • No options are consumed.

Output and state effect#

  • Prints sorted, pretty JSON from persisted goal snapshots and the catalogue. It runs no model, reindexing or goal mutation. The Slack agent's goals.diagnose tool answers the same object.

Refusals and safe exits#

  • `oko goals takes extract, clean or check; got <verb>` (exit 2); unavailable inputs are represented in the diagnostic rather than fabricated.
