oko defects classes process
Lists the factory's own failures that no judgment has placed in a class yet: every row of each session's own error register.
Invocation#
oko defects classes process [--json]Inputs and options#
- A session's own error register is `<checkout>/.build/<session>-to-register.txt` or any file of `<checkout>/.build/to-register/`, holding a Markdown table or tab-separated lines (whose heading line starts with `#`); each row under its heading is one signal, identified as `<checkout>/.build/[to-register/]<file>#<first cell>@<digest>`, the digest being of the row's own words, so a row appended under the same first cell never changes another row's identity and a reworded row is a new signal; its session is the file's name without `-to-register.txt` or `.txt`. A refused commit, a standing session or an explanation the operator repeated reaches a class the same way, as a row its session records. The operator's moments of frustration stay in the frustration register: the open ones no defect holds yet are counted here, and one is placed in a class with `oko frustration cause <moment> --cause <text> --defect <class>`.
Output and state effect#
- Prints `<n> process signal(s) await a judgment`, one line per signal `<id> (<session>): <heading: cell; …>`, `unread: <cause>` for each register, file or row that could not be read, and `<n> moment(s) of the operator's frustration no defect holds yet; place one with `oko frustration cause …`` or `the frustration register cannot be read: <cause>`. --json prints `{awaiting, signals: [{id, source, session, text, at}], unread, attributed, frustration: {awaiting, place} | {unread}}`. Nothing is placed by its words. The native API answers `classes {verb: "process"}` the same; OkoKit's `processSignals()` and Oko Desktop's Process signals section show it.
Refusals and safe exits#
- `the workspace <path> cannot be listed: <cause>`. Listed under unread with their cause, never skipped: `<directory> cannot be listed`, `<file> cannot be read`, `<file> has no readable modification time`, `<file> has a name that is not UTF-8, so its rows cannot be named`, `<file> has a row whose first cell names nothing: <row>` and `<file> repeats a row word for word, so only its first is a signal: <row>`.
