Command reference
oko reflection coverage
Answers whether every conversation Transcript Lake holds is turned into tasks and defects: Lake sessions read, operator turns and agent work judged, the defects they became, and the operator messages kept and read as tasks.
Invocation#
oko reflection coverage [--json]Inputs and options#
- The projection files, the intake log, the session registers, the reflection register, the operator-message intake log `~/.oko/message-intake.jsonl` and the shared database's message readings.
Output and state effect#
- Reads only. Per runtime: sessions, read at their current size, changed since, never read, refused; operator turns, agent work, pending sources, defects from operator turns and defects from the agents' own findings. Then every refused session file with its cause, every pending cause with its source count, the shapes and observations still pending, the operator-message intake (`{sessions, current, complete, behind}`) and the readings summary, each replaced by `{refusal}` with its cause when it cannot be read.
- `covered` is true only when `gaps` is empty; each gap is one sentence naming the command that closes it (`oko reflection scan`, `oko reflection process`, `oko tasks read`). Oko Desktop → Defects → Transcript coverage shows the same report.
Refusals and safe exits#
- While any gap remains, both the plain and the `--json` form print the report and then end unsuccessfully with “not every Transcript Lake conversation is turned into tasks and defects yet: GAP; GAP…”. An unlistable projection, an unreadable intake log line (“the reflection intake log … has a line at byte N that is not a cursor …”) or an unreadable register refuses with its path and cause.
