oko defects classes generate
The pass the standing defect-recurrences routine runs: settles the classes and gives each open class without a prevention shown active its Tama reminder phrase and its prevention defect, so nobody opens a class or reminds agents of it by hand.
Invocation#
oko defects classes generate [--json]Inputs and options#
- A shape is a class once it has as many open instances as the level Oko declares beside its source (2, in the words it was declared in, which every refusal quotes). An instance is a defect recorded with the shape that is not a class itself; whitespace and case do not make two shapes different. The class governing a shape is its open class, else the closed class that took its instances over: an open instance of a closed class's shape is a recurrence, which reopens that class (`oko defects reopen`), never a second class.
- A prevention counts only when `oko defects prevention` declared it shown active by the product's own reading (`--active-program`).
Output and state effect#
- Runs `settle` as `oko routine recurrences`, then for each open class without an active prevention: asks Tama for its reminder phrases once (`tama reminder-phrase list --json`) and, when none is bound to the class, runs `tama reminder-phrase add --text <sentence> --defect <class> --by-oko --generated-by <why> --json`; and records a prevention defect of the class's product titled `Class <short id> recurs and nothing refuses its next instance: <shape>`, whose criterion is a prevention declared shown active. A later pass keeps its record on that defect.
- Prints `opened class <short id> for <shape>` per class opened and `class <short id>: phrase <answer>; prevention <answer>` per class given; --json prints `{settled: {opened, refused}, given: [{class, shape, phrase: {added | kept | refused | skipped}, prevention: {recorded | kept | refused}}]}`.
Refusals and safe exits#
- A machine without Tama, or a Tama without `reminder-phrase`, is said per class as `skipped` with Tama's own words and the prevention defect is still recorded; a phrase or record Tama or the register refuses is kept per class as `refused` and the other classes go on; an unreadable register refuses the whole pass.
