`oko-cli suggestions test-reply`

Exercises reply classification/generation without a live Slack source thread.

Invocation

oko-cli suggestions test-reply --message TEXT

Inputs and options

Required --message or positional message text.

Output and state effect

Prints a deterministic/tool/model reply; it never posts to Slack or directly changes a goal/approval for live-thread-only intents.

Refusals and safe exits

Refuses an empty message or unavailable router/model identity for model-backed replies; close-goal and plan-approval mutations are explicitly withheld.
