- Accepts the same team scope and local-install options as hooks pull.
Output and state effect
- Performs the same fetch/install operation and JSON output as hooks pull.
Refusals and safe exits
- Uses the same unknown-flag, operating-store, bundle-content, fetch, and install refusals as hooks pull.
